Wall Angels-improves mobility and strength of the shoulders

Positions

Execution

  1. Stand flat against a wall with feet approximately shoulder width apart.
  2. Place bent elbows, forearms and hands against the wall.
  3. While keeping your back and head against the wall, extend arms upward trying to keep hands and forearms in contact with the wall.
  4. Return to starting position and repeat
