The 18th Green Shake

Ingredients

  • 8oz Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon of almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 scoop of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 green apple sliced with the core removed
  • ¼ cup of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of Flax Seed
  • ½ cup of ice

Steps

Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix for 30-60 seconds
