Lisa’s Morning Shake

Ingredients

  • 8oz of unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup of ice
  • 1 tablespoon of ground Flax seed
  • ½ cup of chopped kale
  • 1 small baked, skinned sweet potato
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup of Quaker oats

Steps

Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix for 30-60 seconds
