It’s Pumpkin Time

Ingredients

  • 8oz Almond Milk
  • ½ cup of ice
  • 1-2 scoops of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup of pumpkin(fresh or canned)
  • ½ teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon of flax seed
  • ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

Steps

Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix for 30-60 seconds
