Fitter, Leaner, Stronger – 12 Week Transformation Challenge

Each participant will receive:

  1. an official weigh in, body fat analysis, and girth measurements : weeks
  2. personal goal setting including overall caloric intake, including carbs, protein
  3. nutritional platform….Eating for Life, by Bill Phillips
  4. weekly fitness and nutritional challenges
  5. weekly group workout
  6. nutritional journaling thru My Fitness Pal application
  7. official Fitter, Leaner, Stronger t shirt
  8. complimentary group workshops such as foam rolling, yoga, Whole Foods tour,
  9. Cash prize to the participant with the greatest increase of lean mass over
  10. *challenge begins 1/10/16 thru 4/2/16

* fee per participant….$199.00

*amount of cash prize will be based on number of participants
